A few noteworthy successes we can celebrate prior to 2025:

- Personally introduced and passed Bill 201 - The PROTECTION OF STUDENTS WITH LIFE-THREATENING ALLERGIES ACT

- Advocated for the Vinca Bridge to be included in the Alberta’s highway network to build economic corridors, create jobs, improve safety and support economic development, worth over $60 Million.

- Advocated in the planning of local transportation projects to construct an overpass at Highways 15 and 830, which is currently in the engineering stage. And an additional overpass at Highways 16 and 830 is now in the planning stage.

- Advocated for the Fort Saskatchewan Families First Society, the Minor Sports Association, the Community Band Society and Multicultural Associations, and other clubs/organizations to receive various funding.

- Personally advocated for the Fort Saskatchewan Food Bank and the Food Gatherers Society to receive funding. This includes over $600,000 for their facility and $90,000 in grant funding. Also increased poverty awareness and further supports for Albertans in need.

- Advocated for our Industrial Heartland, the AIHA, NCIA, and other supporting organizations.

- Strongly support Fort Saskatchewan's Hospital, advocated for solutions for obstetrical challenges, and supporting the building of a new Stollery Children's Hospital.

- Introduced Sexual Assault supports for victims outside the 2 large cities.

- Introduced increases to Two Persons Case grants and STEM Grants for students.

- Secured funding for the City of Fort Saskatchewan through the Northern Regional Economic Development Fund, MSI Funds, AHIM Program, Municipal Stimulus Funding, and other streams for over $18 Million. With an additional $60 Million to Strathcona County and Sturgeon County to support projects in our constituency.

- Awarded more than $32 million in funding support from the Alberta Petrochemical Incentive Program (APIP) for Dow Canada’s expansion of its Fort Saskatchewan ethylene production facility and other local petrochemical projects.

- Ensured $6 Million in funding for the Heartland Housing Foundation to construct affordable housing in Fort Saskatchewan.

- Provided over $3 Million for the Fort Saskatchewan Correctional Center to update their facilities.

- Provided approx. $2 Million for the City of Fort Saskatchewan for their local courthouse and policing.

- Personally advocated for new businesses and sole proprietors to be included in Provincial financial supports such as the relaunch grant.

- Provided over $10 Million in funds above and beyond yearly budgets to Elk Island Public and Catholic Schools for facility maintenance and renewals. Approx. Education Operation spending for our constituency is above $200 Million/year.

- Provided over 100 businesses directly in Fort Saskatchewan with financial support during Covid-19 operating restrictions.

- Advocated for St. John Paul II Catholic School to receive over $60,000 for their playground construction.

- Advocated for improving and updating the TWS 560 and Highway 830 intersection, and multiple other paving upgrades and safety improvements being conducted on Highway 16.

- Advocated and worked with the Premier and multiple ministries for humanitarian aid for displaced persons.

- Advocated in the planning of local transportation projects such as repaving Highway 855 and 857 North of Highway 16.

- Advocated for St. Mary's Romanian Orthodox Church of Boian and Boian Ladies Club to receive funding of over $50,000, and for the Zahoda Community Center to receive funding of over $15,000.

- Supported the Myrnam waterline construction project for approx. $200,000.

- Advocated for over $1 Million to be provided for bridge replacements in the county of Two Hills, installing multiple culverts throughout the County of Two Hills, over $170,000 for wastewater construction, and to have airport light replacements for the Two Hills Airport.

- Provided over $120,000 to the Two Hills Adult Learning Council through the Alberta Settlement and Integration Program.

- Advocated for Community and Regional Economic Support for over $49,000 in the County of Two Hills.

- Advocated for over $1 Million in Municipal funding to be provided to the Town of Two Hills, and over $500,000 to the Village of Myrnam.

- Ensured the Town of Two Hills, and the Village of Myrnam Libraries received numerous operating grants.

- Advocated for the Derwent and District Agricultural Society Hall and Willingdon Agricultural Society arena upgrades.

- Supported Duvernay WTP Controls receiving over $50,000.

- Advocated for the Two Hills Mennonite School to receive over $250,000 in funding to build a new playground. Extra funding was included for facility cement repairs, adding a wheelchair ramp, and landscape repair to remove moat.

- Provided over $800,000 to the Eagle Hill Foundation, Eventide Homes, and Hillside Lodge for facility upgrades.

- Provided over $10 Million in funds above and beyond yearly budgets to local schools for facility maintenance and renewals. Approx. Education Operation spending for our constituency is above $200 Million/year.

- Actively attends and supports local events from many organizations/clubs such as the Myrnam River Ridge Riders Snowmobile Club, The Two Hills Lions Golf and Country Club, the Two Hills Seniors Club, local 4-H Clubs, the Two Hills Ukrainian Dancers, and more.

- Advocating for Rural Broadband improvements.

- Advocated for over $3 Million in funding for the Town of Bruderheim's reservoir and pump station.

- Advocated and supported local food banks, with the Lamont Hamper Society receiving over $60,000.

- Supported the Chipman Agricultural Society to receive over $150,000 in funding for their riding arena upgrades and new playground construction.

- Advocated for Bruderheim and Mundare to have multiple sidewalk repairs.

- Advocated for the Lamont healthcare center to receive $85,000 for a wheelchair accessible bus.

- Supported the Alberta Industrial Heartland Association to receive $100,000 for Northern regional economic development fund and the CARES grant of $180,000.

- Supported over $200,000 to be provided to Lamont County through the Northern regional economic development fund.

- Advocated for the Mundare Senior Citizen Club to receive facility upgrades and for the Lamont Catering Club to receive funding to provide seniors with meals.

- Advocated for the Babas and Borshch Ukrainian Festivals to receive multiple grants to cover operational costs.

- Supported the County of Lamont in receiving approx. $100,000 in disaster recovery grants to assist with flooding challenges.

- Advocated for the Andrew Agricultural Society to receive over $10,000 for their Garlic Festival.

- Supporting the design for an intersection improvement project on Highway 830 and TWP RD 560.

- Advocated for the Ukrainian Village to receive grant funding for maintenance and renewals.

- Advocated for over $4 Million in Municipal funding to be provided to the County of Lamont, with an additional $400,000 to Elk Island Park, over $400,000 to the Village of Andrew, over $400,000 to the Village of Chipman, over $600,000 to the Town of Mundare, over $1 Million to the Town of Lamont, and over $1 Million to the Town of Bruderheim.

- Ensured the local Libraries received numerous operating grants, that local fire services received training funding, and strongly advocating for Rural Broadband improvements.

- Advocated for over $400,000 for new culverts to be installed throughout Lamont County, with another $1.3 Million to replace the bridge at Chipman.

- Provided over $1.3 Million for Mundare's North Lift Station Project, and over $20,000 for the Mundare Park Society to build a new pickleball court.

- Personally advocated for new businesses and sole proprietors to be included in Provincial financial supports such as the relaunch grant and provided many businesses directly in the County of Lamont with financial support during Covid-19 operating restrictions.
